Traslasierra
The Altas Cumbres of Cordoba combines a unique landscape, boxed rivers, native vegetation, waterfalls, condors watching and the stunning views of the Cordoba`s hills. Mina Clavero is the centre city of Traslasierra and the point of which to visit the picturesque mountain villages of Nono, Los Hornillos, Villa Las Rosas o Cura Brochero. In Mina Clavero two mighty rivers join, the Mina Clavero and the Panaholma rivers to form the Los Sauces river witch ends in the La Viña´s dam. From the city, there is few options of treks, along rivers, enjoing the incredible views or choosing some of the options of alternative tourism. In summer, the city´s population expands primarely because of tourism. Thus the nocturnal , gastronomic, and cultural options increase each season. However, during the rest of the year, Mina Clavero and the Traslasierra`s valley present an ideal climate to take advantage of the treks, the resorts, the excursions and a night life of bars and boites open all year.
